Raid Rules

These will eventually b changed into a more detail system once we start 25 mans, and will have a dkp system put in place, untill then we will carry on with the system weve bin using for about half a year now.

- Raids usually start at 20.00 game time, inv's start around 19.45 to hopefully start at 20.00,

- Your expected to be Geared enough for the raid, there is a post on the forum here http://eonar-alive.guildomatic.com/forums/viewtopic.php?p=6623#6623 of what to aim for,

- expected to bring flasks/elixirs, only exception is guys that are pulling above there weight, feasts are usually supplied but bring some food just incase.


DROPS
Need rolls for Main specs,Then off specs:

- With this system When an Epic item Drops (from boss or trash)
The Raidleader will type in raid warning something along the lines of : '[Wraith Strike] roll For main specs'

- then if u need the item for ur main spec u roll, and whoever rolls the highest wins,

- If you are new to the guild/ raiding u wont be able to get drops for the first week unless no one needs the item atall (including offspecs) this is to save from new members signing up to the raids to get 'free epics' then leave, its happend b4.

some things to take in consideration:

-if uve respecd for the raid to an offspec but want to roll on ur main spec gear please tell the RL B4 the raid starts.

- If youve jus won a roll on a epic against someone and another epic drops and you both want it again, if its a major upgrade for them let them have it (nobody likes a loot whore)

- the items have priority chars for example '[Faerlina's Madness] is a dps caster cloth item so :Spriests/mages/locks get prio over say boomkins, as you wouldnt like it if a class that can wear gear above yours wins an item thats what you can wear.


If you sign up via in game calendar but cant make the date for whatever reason inform the RL as soon as possible so they can look for a replacement as early as possible.
